Research on Multi-energy Co-stage Bidding Mechanism Suitable for Fujian New Power System

Fujian has a relatively high proportion of new energy and rich types of new energy, and how to solve the problem of multi-energy entities bidding on the same stage is a key problem faced by Fujian market trading. In this context, this paper proposes a multi-energy bidding mechanism adapted to Fujian’s new power system. In view of the difference in competitiveness between multiple energy sources, the clearing order of the traditional clearing mechanism is optimized according to the “price difference mode” to ensure the clearing priority of high marginal cost energy entities such as gas turbines. Second, in order to ensure the reasonable income of energy subjects, a price difference apportionment and return mechanism is proposed, so that energy entities with different cost characteristics can obtain reasonable benefits. At the same time, the market mechanism is innovated to ensure the reasonable income of different energy players participating in the market.
