Improved One-Step Leapfrog CDI-FDTD Scheme with Excellent Numerical Dispersion Performance

By intervening controlling parameters in the one-step leapfrog complying-divergence implicit (CDI) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method, an improved scheme with excellent numerical dispersion performance is proposed. The proposal's computational accuracy and numerical dispersion are effectively improved while maintaining the unconditional stability property. Moreover, the effectiveness of improved low-dispersion one-step leapfrog CDI-FDTD scheme is demonstrated by simulations of the multiple-input multiple-output antenna element.
