Abstract
To be able to heighten the power supply reliability of active distribution network and cut down the operation cost of power system, a two-layer optimal dispatching model of distribution network was built taking into account the access of distributed power supply, flexible load and energy storage system. The constraints such as distributed power output constraint, flexible load demand response constraint and energy storage response constraint were taken into account. The upper layer considers the economy of the distribution network operation and aims at the best overall benefit of the distribution network. The lower layer considers the reliability of the distribution network operation and aims at the optimal load variation. The Yalmip toolbox in MATLAB platform calls Gurobi optimization software to solve the problem, and finally uses IEEE33 node system for simulation and verification.
