摘要
With the rapid advancement of the 5 G era and the extensive utilization of electronic devices, the challenges faced by flexible base shielding materials with respect to electromagnetic interference (EMI) were immense. In this study, we prepared electromagnetic shielding paper with superior EMI performance by loading carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on carbon fiber paper (CFP). The results demonstrated that the CNTs were uniformly dispersed on the CFP. At a thickness of 0.22 mm, CFP/CNTs with a 1 % silane coupling agent concentration exhibited high EMI shielding effectiveness (42.12 dB) and excellent specific EMI SSE/t (1078.2 dB & sdot;cm2/g). The simulation results, validated using the waveguide method, were further confirmed by HFSS. Optimal values of RCS far-field simulation were determined using CST. Pleased with the minimal discrepancy between simulation results and experimental data, we provide a reliable foundation for the design of electromagnetic shielding flexible materials. Furthermore, the paper also showcased an outstanding stability in voltage-driven joule heating performance, mechanical properties, air permeability, and reusability.
