Situation Operation and Modelling of the Airport Activities

Recently, there has been an increase in the complexity of airport systems intended for decision-making, control, and verification processes. The costs of implementing these processes are associated with modern airport facilities and architectures, which are constantly affected by the consequences of incorrect solutions, which are becoming increasingly sensitive in the field of safety and security. In the theoretical field of management methods, diagnosis, and design of new airport structures, their formalization into individual operational procedures gives modern application possibilities. This makes it possible to design a sophisticated airport to recognize complex situations. For this, it uses new intelligent technologies in aviation. In order to analyze these processes properly, it is also necessary to know the operational skills of the airport staff. These skills need to be measured and evaluated. The paper presents a method for evaluating individual skills to compare them with individual performance in the measurement chain for performing control of airport systems.
