Abstract

本试验旨在研究较长期摄入清营颗粒对大鼠的亚慢性毒性作用.选用80只SPF级SD大鼠,随机分为4组,每组20只(雌雄各半).4组染毒剂量分别为0、5、10、20 g/kg体重的清营颗粒,连续给药30 d.结果显示,10、20 g/kg体重的清营颗粒对大鼠采食量、个别血液学指标及脏体比有一定影响,但未引起组织病理学变化.此外,5 g/kg体重的清营颗粒对大鼠未表现明显的毒性作用.综上所述,清营颗粒对大鼠的无毒作用剂量(NOEL)为5 g/kg体重.
