Abstract
考察化学氧化法测定土壤有机质过程中石英砂(空白试剂)不同处理、石英砂称样量、土壤称样量和消煮温度对检测结果的影响.结果表明,粉碎过0.250 mm筛后灼烧处理的石英砂更稳定,称样量建议0.2～0.3 g;土壤样品消耗硫酸亚铁溶液体积大于石英砂消耗体积的1/3时,实验范围内土壤样品称样量及消煮温度对土壤样品有机质含量测定的影响均无显著性差异.
