短期施有机肥对'川草2号'老芒麦AMF种类及分布的影响

Abstract
为探究高寒地区短期施有机肥对禾本科牧草丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)群落多样性及群落结构的影响,本研究以'川草2号'老芒麦为试验材料,进行田间小区试验,设置施有机肥(F)与不施有机肥(CK)处理,在生长结束后采集根周和根际土壤用于分析微生物的组成,测序后利用FUNGuild筛选AMF的操作分类单元(Operational taxonomic units,OTU),对根周和根际土壤AMF群落多样性和组成,以及它们与环境因子的相关性进行分析.结果表明:'川草2号'老芒麦共生的AMF群落共有7个属,根周土壤的物种数大于根际土壤;AMF群落多样性受土壤pH值和牧草鲜重影响最大,为极显著负相关关系(P<0.01);有机肥增加了根周土壤AMF的多样性和物种数,降低了根际土壤AMF的物种数,且降低了根周和根际土壤AMF优势菌属近明球囊霉属(Claroideoglomus)的相对丰度.该结果为高寒地区牧草种植地田间养分管理和AMF多样性之间关系提供了理论依据.
