Statistical Analysis and Degradation Pathway Modeling of PERC PV Minimodules with Different Packaging Strategies in Indoor Accelerated Exposures

摘要
To prolong the PV system lifetime, it is important to understand the impact of various packaging strategies on the degradation of PV modules. Statistical analysis and data-driven network structural equation modeling has been used to assess degradation patterns in 4-cell PV minimodule variants fabricated at two different units. The packaging strategies implemented in the fabrication of minimodules are in terms of architecture (glass/backsheet versus double glass) along with various types of encapsulants and backsheets. Stepwise electrical characterization (I -V and Suns-V-oc) were utilized to collect data which was used for analysis.
