脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其治疗以手术切除为主,但患者总体预后较差.微流控技术在脑胶质瘤治疗方面提供了研究方向,具有临床应用的可行性.该文对微流控技术在脑胶质瘤治疗方面包括脑胶质瘤药物筛选、外泌体及肿瘤微环境的基础研究新进展进行综述.
