On-line Verification Method of Electric Vehicle Off-board Charging Electromechanical Energy Meter Based on CAN Communication

摘要
This article discusses a new online calibration technology for DC energy meters in electric vehicles. The technology includes a charging module, a load module, a test module, a toolbox, and some other software. By using this technology, we can quickly and accurately calibrate DC energy meters. The virtual battery management system can adjust the type, charging time, and other charging parameters of various batteries to meet the needs of the battery, and can transmit this information to the battery module for remote measurement. In addition, the system can also collect the measurement results of the DC power meter of the DC charger and compare them with the measurement results of the standard power meter for accurate measurement. By using this technology, we can quickly and accurately test the DC energy meters of off-vehicle DC chargers, thereby ensuring the safety and accuracy of electrical energy.
