Abstract
Advanced sensing technology and information communication technology make the interaction between information layer and physical layer in power system more and more complex. It also creates the conditions for the propagation of the fault, this paper presents an approach to evaluate the safety of the power cyber-physical system, which takes into account the failure of the communication network. Firstly, in order to quickly judge the direction of fault propagation, based on the power cyber-physical system model, the dynamic partition model of power cyber-physical system based on improved genetic algorithm is studied. Then, we study the cascade failure process among the regions, and the system stability state is used as the criterion to determine the fault propagation cut-off boundary. Finally, the security evaluation index system of power cyber-physical system is proposed to evaluate the security under fault cascading propagation. The effectiveness of this model is proved by a numerical example.
