摘要

The electromagnetic fields produced by lasers allow for the acceleration of charged particles in dielectric structures. However, to ensure a sufficient particle-field interaction length, it is essential to design an integrated optical micro-structured waveguide that can effectively guide the laser light, matching the particle velocity with the electromagnetic field phase velocity, and potentially provide transverse focusing capabilities.
