Abstract
Perovskite Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 (PMN) powder was synthesized by a hydrothermal route, and then, dense PMN ceramics with sub-micrometer grains were prepared by ultrahigh pressure sintering. The dielectric response and impedance spectroscopy was investigated in the temperature range of − 50-200 °C and the frequency range of 100 Hz-1 MHz.
