Abstract
•Multiple sclerosis (MS) impacts both people with the disease and their family care partners.•People with moderate-to-severe MS and their caregivers participated in a novel 12-week dyadic behavioural physical activity intervention (PAT-MS).•PAT-MS shows the potential to enhance dyadic adjustment and reduce reliance on criticism-coercion coping among MS dyads, warranting further investigation in a fully-powered study.
