Abstract
近些年新型抗肿瘤疗法已经在临床应用中取得了重大的突破和进展,为肿瘤患者带来新的希望.除了预期的治疗效果外,一些不良事件也随继发生,是其临床应用的阻碍.本文重点关注新型抗肿瘤疗法对血小板的药物不良反应,综述了免疫检查点抑制药、抗体药物偶联物、酪氨酸酶抑制药和嵌合抗原受体T细胞疗法对于血小板产生的作用及机制.
