鹅源阪崎杆菌分离鉴定及相关耐药与毒力基因检测

Abstract
目的:查明送检病死鹅的死亡原因,对其进行病原菌分离鉴定及其耐药性与毒力基因检测.方法:对病死鹅的肝脏组织进行病原菌的分离鉴定、药敏试验和耐药基因与毒力基因检测.结果:从病死鹅的肝脏组织中分离到 1 株单个存在、中等大小的革兰氏阴性杆菌.同源性分析结果显示,该分离菌为阪崎杆菌.药敏试验结果显示,该菌对头孢哌酮舒巴坦敏感,对沙拉沙星、氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋钠等中度敏感,对庆大霉素、头孢呋辛、安普霉素不敏感.耐药基因检测显示,该菌含有β-内酰胺酶类耐药基因blatem-1、卡那霉素类耐药基因aadA1、喹诺酮类耐药基因qnr、磺胺类耐药基因sul1,不含有头孢菌素类耐药基因blaCMY-2.该菌被检出克罗诺杆菌的外膜蛋白毒力基因ompx、克罗诺杆菌血浆纤溶酶原激活物毒力基因cpa、免疫相关蛋白毒力基因sip.结论:送检病死鹅是因为感染阪崎杆菌导致的死亡,该菌含有多个耐药基因和多种毒力基因.
