Abstract
低温绝热支撑(POST)是ADS加速器大型低温恒温器中涉及冷质量的关键部件,对冷质量的固定支撑、静态漏热、精密准直、低温冷缩等起到至关重要的作用.介绍了POST过盈量与接触应力的变化关系.采用有限元仿真分析了POST在不同状态下的热、力耦合,计算了降温过程中POST的接触应力变化,研究了玻璃纤维筒体在不同状态下的变形情况,分析了POST拉伸试验结果.为后续优化设计提供了理论基础和研究依据.
