摘要
This study delves into the effect of different Prosopis Africana Char (PAC) powder weight ratios on the preparation of PAC thick film paste. To explore the rheological properties of PAC pastes, powder weight ratios of 30 wt%, 35 wt%, and 40 wt% were prepared. The findings indicate that PAC pastes containing a weight ratio of 40 wt% exhibits elevated viscosity under conditions of low shear rates, and viscosity declines with escalating shear rates. The rheological analysis provides insights into the flow behavior and structural integrity of the paste, essential for precision deposition processes. From the results, the paste exhibited shear-thinning behavior, indicative of its suitability for controlled deposition, and screen-printing pastes. The viscosity profile demonstrated an optimal range for achieving high-resolution patterns, crucial for antenna fabrication. A viscosity profile typically includes a set of viscosity measurements at different points or conditions, which helps to understand how the viscosity of a substance changes with factors like temperature, shear rate, or concentration. This investigation sheds light on the rheological attributes that render PAC paste conducive to intricate antenna design and manufacturing processes.
