Abstract
Transmission of the laser beam through atmosphere leads to decreasing of the focusability, scintillation of the laser beam on the target, redistribution of intensity. To mitigate the atmospheric turbulence influence on the laser beam adaptive optics means are used, in particular wavefront correctors (deformable mirrors). One of the most common-used kind of the deformable mirrors is stacked-actuator ones. Considering the control elements of such type of mirrors as piezoactuators the necessary parameters of the piezoceramic material could be estimated. We developed a new piezomaterial with high piezocoefficient to meet requirements of the system for compensation of the atmospheric turbulence influence with C n 2 = 10 −14 m −2/3 .
