通过对医教协同培养模式中医专硕存在问题的分析,提出以"崇德尚能 传承创新"为目标,从加强思政教育、传承中医经典、强化临床技能和激励科研创新四个方面采取系列改革举措,构建以立德树人为根本任务,以中医思维为核心,以实践能力和科研素养为两翼的高层次中医药临床人才培养体系,从而系统优化医教协同培养模式.
