以淮山药为原料制备淮山药饮料,其最佳工艺配方为淮山药浆添加量 20%,白砂糖添加量1.75%,D-抗坏血酸钠添加量 0.21%,卡拉胶添加量 0.2%,羧甲基纤维素钠添加量 0.05%,按此工艺配方所制备淮山药饮料感官总分为(87.51±0.23)分.
