Abstract
坏死性凋亡(necroptosis)是Degterev等[1]于2005年命名的一种细胞程序性死亡形式.细胞凋亡受阻时,坏死性凋亡作为一种备用途径确保细胞死亡的进展[2].不同于凋亡对胱天蛋白酶(caspase)活性的依赖,坏死性凋亡的发生依赖于混合谱系激酶结构域样蛋白(mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein, MLKL)的磷酸化.MLKL属于蛋白激酶超家族,是一种不具有激酶功能的假激酶,作为终末专属效应蛋白在坏死过程中发挥作用[3-4].
