超超临界1000MW机组锅炉屏过超温综合治理

Abstract
本文针对广东粤电靖海发电有限公司超超临界1000MW机组前后墙对冲锅炉屏过管壁超温问题,通过对燃尽风门开度、入炉煤质进行调整,重新修订运行调整措施,磨煤机出口粉管缩孔调整等方法,以达到避免屏过管壁超温的效果.经过调整,屏过超温问题得到很好的缓解,最高温度593℃.
