Abstract
In hybrid sensorless control, a reasonable setting of the speed switching interval can effectively optimize the speed switching process. The traditional method ususally set it by simulation, or empirical values, without a theoretical basis, which will increase the workload by resetting it when replacing the motor or the signal injection. This paper suggests a way to calculate the switching interval based on the position error related to the velocity electromotive force (EMF) and the injecting high frequency square wave approach.
