Abstract
The state of energy (SOE) of lithium-ion battery packs is an important reference indicator for battery management systems. Accurately estimating SOE can improve the safety and reliability of electric vehicles. To obtain more accurate SOE estimation results and enable the estimation to better cope with measurement noise and other factors, this paper proposes a new method for SOE estimation by using a spherical simplex-radial rule based filtering algorithm. The experimental results show that compared with other filtering algorithms, the method proposed in this paper performs better in terms of accuracy, anti-interference and error correction.
