前缘分布式粗糙带对风力机翼型气动性能的影响

Abstract
基于翼型粗糙容忍度,采用三维建模方法模拟分布式粗糙元,代替传统粗糙带,并利用3D打印技术打印粗糙前缘模型.通过风洞测试,得到前缘粗糙的18%厚度风力机翼型气动性能数据.测试结果表明,随着雷诺数的增加,翼型的升力系数增加.前缘粗糙会导致翼型的最大升力系数减小,阻力系数上升,最大升阻比减小,失速攻角提前.同时,相同粗糙水平下,相较于前缘凸起,前缘凹坑粗糙方式对风力机翼型气动性能影响较小.
