无粘结相Mo-Ni-B金属陶瓷的制备及性能

Abstract
以Mo、Ni、B粉末为原料,采用真空热压烧结制备了两种不同化学计量配比的无粘结相Mo-Ni-B金属陶瓷,分析了其微观组织、力学性能和摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:制备的两种无粘结相金属陶瓷分别为Mo3 NiB3 和Mo2 NiB2,其中Mo3NiB3 的硬度和压缩强度较高,分别为3264.2 HV0.3 和3213.2 MPa,而Mo2 NiB2 的弯曲强度和断裂韧性略高,分别为326.88 MPa 和9.359 MPa·m1/2.此外,两种无粘结相金属陶瓷的磨损量和体积磨损率都随着硬度的升高而降低,这表明较高的硬度有助于提高其耐磨性能.无粘结相Mo-Ni-B金属陶瓷的磨损机制主要为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损.
