Abstract
to find the best medium-voltage distribution network planning and prevent the transmission line crossover, this paper proposes an improved genetic Tabu hybrid algorithm (GTHA) which combines the advantages of genetic algorithm (GA) and Tabu search algorithm (TS). The improved algorithm can prevent the premature convergence problem of GA and realize the transformation from the local optimal solution to the global optimal solution. At the same time, the GTHA adds the restrict of transmission line crossover into the network topology constraint. Therefore, it cannot only carry out the optimal planning of distribution network but also prevents the transmission line crossover. The GTHA has been successfully applied to IEEE 69-bus and 136-bus systems, and the results demonstrate the feasibility of this algorithm. This study can provide a reference value for the wiring group layout of a medium-voltage distribution network.
