摘要
In this paper, the effect of capacitor power sources on the preparation of copper nanoporous metals by brass vapor-phase dealloying (VPD) using a transient joule heating device was studied, and their performance as lithium-ion battery current collectors was tested. The results show that under the premise of similar heating temperatures, the increase of capacitance has promoted the dezincification of dealloyed samples, while the chemically active surface area (ECSA) increases first and then decreases, with a maximum increase of 317.6 times compared to the pristine sample. It is worth noting that the graphite electrode with joule-heated current collector has a specific capacity 15.7% higher than that of the commercial copper foil, but lower in rate performance. The transient joule-heat VPD method can quickly and conveniently prepare usable dealloyed copper nanoporous materials, which presented a great potential technique for bulk production on VPD technique.
