•Health care providers are willing to use ePROMS after palliative radiotherapy.•ePROM advantages for both patients and health care providers are well known.•A dedicated nurse navigator should promote and follow-up on the results of the ePROMS.•Dedicated promotion and follow-up would result in successful implementation of ePROMS.
