Fetal Dosimeter Access, Usage, and Training Among Pregnant Radiographers in South Africa

•Most pregnant radiographers in South Africa do not have access to fetal dosimeters.•Employers and financial constraints are the leading causes of poor access.•Considerable noncompliance toward fetal dosimeter usage, dose recording, and storage among pregnant radiographers with access.•Severe lack of training and support for the use of fetal dosimeters, which may be a contributor to noncompliance.
