摘要
Multifunctional modifications for the perovskite layer are essential for achieving low-cost, high performance and stability of the inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Herein, a Rhodanine modified poly-triarylamine dye, VN7, is developed and functioned as a hole transport layer (HTL) contact along with a passivation material and infiltration regulating layer for perovskite layer to overcome the positive electrode interface issues. The results of optics, electricity, and interface contact characterizations on VN7 indicated the functions of the matched energy levels vs. perovskite, interface traps passivation, and interface contact improvement. By introducing VN7 layer from series of different concentrations in toluene, obtained a relatively optimized concentration 4 mg/mL, achieving a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 19.33 %, with a Voc of 1.10V, Jsc of 21.82 mA cm-2, and FF of 80.57 %, respectively.
