Abstract
The widespread scrutiny of orthodox synthetic techniques for the fabrication of nitrogenembracing heteroatom segments has shifted scholar's focus to innovative environmentally safe procedures for such molecules. For such production of pyrimidine derivatives to cytotoxic activity, several eco-friendly science composite processes have been prepared, including multicomponent single pot reactions, organic catalysts, eco-friendly solvents, reuse solvents, ultrasonic production, solvent-free synthesizing, as well as microwave-assisted synthesis. This review summarized, the greener strategy-based creation of pyrimidine derivatives exhibiting impressive chemotherapeutic potential from 2013 to 2023, with certain sustainable and environmental studies in scientific publications.
