畅中固肠方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证临床观察

Abstract
目的 探究畅中固肠方治疗肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效,为临床治疗提供理论依据.方法 选取 2020 年 1月—2021 年5 月安徽中医药大学第二附属医院脾胃病科门诊收治的肠易激综合征腹泻型患者80 例,随机分为 2 组.试验组采用自拟畅中固肠方治疗;对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合匹维溴铵治疗.比较2 组患者临床总体疗效、中医证候积分及IBS-QOL评分.结果 试验组治疗总有效率优于对照组,2 组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 畅中固肠方治疗肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征可显著改善患者的症状,对临床治疗具有一定的指导意义.
