曲轴驱动轴头磨损问题分析及改进

Abstract
某直列三缸发动机在性能试验中,机油泵由曲轴后端U形键槽直接驱动,由于传动板上机油泵安装位置存在加工误差,导致安装时机油泵轴与曲轴同轴度超差,连续多次出现轴头键槽磨损现象.针对轴端磨损问题,优化设计了浮动式双U形槽轴头,连接曲轴和机油泵,将二者同轴度由Φ0.1~0.24 mm提高至Φ0.2~0.4 mm.采用有限元计算软件对浮动式双U形槽轴头进行仿真计算,确定其传递力矩的可靠性.该轴头解决了轴头磨损问题,保证试验顺利进行.
