Wafer-scale transfer-free graphene as an ITO replacement for OLEDs
2023 IEEE Nanotechnology Materials and Devices Conference (NMDC)(2023)
摘要
Graphene’s remarkable electronic properties have made it the focus of much attention for use in solid-state electronic devices. However, realisation of commercial devices has been held back by challenges of processing high-quality monolayer graphene at scale. In this work, we use graphene produced in batch wafer scale by metal-organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD) as the anode for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). We show that the graphene is quite unaffected by industry-compatible photolithography and that the graphene-based OLEDs perform as well as OLEDs using indium tin oxide (ITO) anodes.
