Abstract
•Mothers with IgG ABO antibody titer≥256 correlate with development of ABO HDN.•DAT positivity is a good predictor of ABO-HDN, especially using sensitive techniques like CAT.•Maternal IgG ABO antibody titration has the highest sensitivity & DAT has the highest specificity in prediction of ABO-HDN.
