With the increase of age by 1 year the increase in functional success and anatomical success was 1% and 0.1% respectively also the ABG improvement around 0.2648 db. Conclusion Pediatric myringoplasty is associated with high rate of success, with a high rate of hearing improvement. Age under 7 is associated with less success.
