The need to create an alliance of universities with tvet organizations

The purpose of the study. The main goal is to study the possibilities of forming an alliance of HE and TVET in Kazakhstan, as well as the problems associated with this process. Methodology. The research methods used are generalization of the world and Kazakh literature on the issues of integration of various forms of education and directly in HE and TVET, comparative analysis, observation and critical analysis of problems. Originality/ value of the research. In recent decades, the issue of the formation of alliances of higher education and technical and vocational education has become particularly relevant. The main aspects are the problems of curricula consistency, smooth transition from one level to another within the framework of a unifi ed concept of education, development of unifi ed professional competencies among graduates in order to increase their demand in the labor market. This article considers the necessity and possibilities of forming an alliance of HE and TVET in Kazakhstan, as well as the problems that educational institutions may face when creating such alliances. The results of the study. Based on the previous research and the experience gained, the author off ers his own developments showing the advantages of creating an alliance of HE and TVET in Kazakhstan, as well as the necessary requirements for them.
