Aims Biliary cannulation over pancreatic duct stent placed immediately after transpancreatic septotomy (TPS-bCoS) and before further therapeutic ERCP maneuvers, could reduce the risk of PEP with a high biliary cannulation rate (BCR). AIM:To compare the PEP rate after TPS-bCoS with other biliary cannulation techniques in patients with naive papilla.
