Dispersive solid phase microextraction (DSP-μE) by using nanodiamond@Bi2MoO6 composite for the separation-preconcentration of Pb(II) in food and water samples

•Novel nanodiamond@Bi2MoO6 nanocomposites was synthesized by hydrothermal method.•Nanodiamond@Bi2MoO6 was used for dispersive solid phase microextraction for Pb(II) determination.•Pb(II) was analyzed at low LOD levels via FAAS, without any effect of the foreign ions.•The method was successfully applied on instant food and water samples.
