The nd-Acu platform demonstrates remarkable versatility, allowing for both individual and co-delivery of various structurally controlled molecules, in addition to enabling acupuncture. This technique has exhibited effective efficacy in enhancing therapeutic outcomes in a knee osteoarthritis murine model, thanks to its synergistic effects of acupuncture and drug delivery.
