Abstract
Changyuan Oilfield has entered the late stage of extra-high water cut development, and the development of water drive needs to change from “fine” to “precise”. The water blocking of sucker needs to change the development form synchronously. Grasping accurate and continuous production dynamic situation by obtaining separated zone output and moisture content can provide a basis for fine geological analysis and potential exploration. At present, in order to cooperate with development of the whole block, the oil field needs to carry out frequent operations, resulting in the problems of heavy construction workload and high cost. Therefore, through scientific research, a set of cable controlled intelligent stratified oil recovery technology is developed, which can realize real-time continuous monitoring of down-hole data in the production process. Regulate water through fine stratification, establish an effective displacement system, and improve the development effect effectively. The pilot field test was carried out and achieved success. The stratified data was collected normally, and the precision requirement was achieved by comparing with the wellhead parameters, which laid the foundation for the follow-up scale application; The wireless remote control system is developed to realize the wireless remote control of the intelligent production distributor and the testing and commissioning time and labor cost can be reduced greatly.
