Health policies and deprescribing: An introduction to health policies, knowledge translation, and the barriers, challenges, and enablers to health policy implementation

This chapter reviews health policy in relation to deprescribing, policy mechanisms, the current state of deprescribing policies, and the enablers and barriers to effective deprescribing. Pharmacy examples are provided throughout the chapter.
