Changes in Pelvic Floor Symptoms After Procedural Interventions for Uterine Leiomyomas, A Systematic Review
Obstetrical & Gynecological Survey(2023)
摘要
(Abstracted from Obstet Gynecol 2023;142:319–329) Uterine leiomyomas are the most prevalent benign uterine tumors with a cumulative incidence of 70% to 80% by age 50 years. Up to 70% of women with leiomyomas are asymptomatic and require no treatment, but among symptomatic women, heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding, bulk-related symptoms, dysmenorrhea, sexual dysfunction, and adverse pregnancy outcomes are common.
