Abstract
Topological Hall Effect In article number 2302984, Xuefeng Wang, Hongxin Yang, Binghui Ge, and co-workers report the large-area, high-quality epitaxy of ferromagnetic Cr5Te6 single-crystalline thin films with the colossal topological Hall effect (THE), which is attributed to the field-induced noncoplanar spin textures. The THE can be maintained near the room temperature, which could find promising device applications in chiral spintronics.
