Abstract
The experimental research of modified punga oil (MPO) under electrical and rheological considerations is presented in this article. Since MPO reacts strongly to the white fluorescent fiber, it is utilized to test the corona inception voltage (CIV). According to the excitation emission matrix (EEM) of MPO, the elimination of unsaturated free fatty acids has dramatically reduced the emission and excitation wavelengths to less than 450 and 600 nm, respectively. The largest influence on the CIV response without the magnetic field of MPO is exerted by the negative dc polarity, followed by the positive dc and ac voltage. The optical emission spectroscopy (OES) of the fluorescent white fiber has a remarkable sensitivity at ac frequencies below 30 MHz. The MPO is said to exhibit a greater breakdown strength of 45 kV under negative polarity lightning impulse voltage than under a positive voltage of 38 kV. The effectiveness of the MPO is used to support the Weibull distribution's normality domains. The dielectric dissipation factor of MPO is intensely reduced by the esterification of punga oil (PO), falling from 3.5 at 30 degrees C to 3.0 at 90 degrees C. As a result, in terms of temperature and speed, the amount of streaming current flowing in the MPO is decreased by a factor of 6. The change in shear stress with shear rate shows a power law link, as well as Newtonian behavior for MPO and PO. A noticeable loss modulus during frequency sweep measurement for the MPO points to its exceptional rheological nature.
