摘要
Abstract Penile cancer is a rare cancer, and accounts for <1% of all male malignancies in the UK. The incidence of penile cancer in England and Wales is 1.2–1.5 per 100,000 per year. Although the majority of men are diagnosed at a localized stage and carry a good long-term prognosis, up to 40% of patients present with locally advanced or metastatic disease and outcomes for these patients have historically been poor. This case discusses the management of locally advanced and metastatic penile cancer.
