Abstract
Bioprinting Converging volumetric printing and melt electrowriting allows bioprinting of complex thermoplastic polymers/cell-laden hydrogel composites with enhanced mechanical properties. In article number 2300756, Tomasz Jungst, Riccardo Levato, and co-workers report the development of this new multimodal 3D-printing strategy. Tomographic light patterns can be delivered across complex 3D tubular electrowritten meshes, to build biomimetic, perfusable vascular architectures for tissue engineering applications.
